The Student Life Support Center provides technical support to ResNet Users and it is staffed 7 days a week 7AM through 11PM. If you call outside of these hours, you will not be able to receive any troubleshooting help, but will only be able to file a service ticket.

You may submit a ticket regarding your problem by going here.

Please make sure you have updated and run the latest version of your anti-virus and ad ware/spy ware software before submitting a ticket requesting Resnet support.  We will attempt to contact you during our next business day.

It is always illegal to upload, download and share copyrighted material. ResNet is not to be used for any illegal activity!
